Our neighborhood hosts monthly meetings at the Baptist Church located at 28th and College, generally on the second Tuesday of each month.
Nestled in a small corner of Indianapolis’ urban core, Monon Yard is an emerging neighborhood that beautifully blends the city's new and historic elements. We strive to foster a strong sense of community by getting to know our neighbors and enjoying life in one of the city's fastest-growing areas, and we invite you to be a part of it! Join us on the 2nd Tuesday of most months at 7 PM for our neighborhood meeting, held at the Baptist Church at 28th & College Ave.
Located nearby is the newly renovated Fredrick Douglas Community center with basketball & pickleball courts, walking/running trail, workout & craft rooms along with numerous playground equipment. This is part of the Indy Parks and there's also the Fredrick Douglas Golf Course next to the facility, all open to the public.
